Workouts

FitUber builds a training plan around what you can actually do this week, then keeps it honest as you log sessions.

How the plan is built

You tell FitUber your goal, how long you have been training, the equipment you can reach and how many days a week you can train. The plan generator produces a weekly split from that — not a template with your name on it.

Replacing an exercise

If an exercise does not work for you — the rack is busy, the equipment is missing, a joint is complaining — you can replace it. Replacements come from FitUber's own exercise catalogue, so the substitute has the same movement pattern data behind it as the original. FitUber never invents an exercise to fill a gap.

Training more than once a day

A completed workout does not lock the rest of your day. A morning session and an evening session are recorded separately and both appear in your history, your calendar and your progress.

Timers and effort

A workout timer and a rest timer are built in, and effort is captured in plain language rather than as a number you have to interpret.
