What we collect
- Account — your email address and name.
- Mobile number — only if you provide one. It is used for account recovery and, if you separately opt in, for messaging. Providing a number is not consent to be messaged.
- Fitness profile — age, gender, height, weight, goal, experience, available equipment, and optionally the kind of work you do, which is used to estimate daily activity.
- Training data — the workouts, sets and sessions you log.
- Health measurements — heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and sleep, only if you connect a wearable.
Health data and the AI Coach
Health measurements are not sent to our AI providers unless you explicitly turn sharing on. That setting is off by default, covers HRV, resting heart rate and sleep, and takes effect on your next message when you change it. Without it, the AI Coach still works — it can see FitUber's own readiness score and the reason your plan changed, but not the measurements behind them.
What the AI Coach remembers
The coach can store training preferences you tell it. It cannot store health measurements as memory — that is enforced by the server, not by prompt instructions. You can view, edit and delete any stored memory.
Who we share with
- AI providers (OpenAI, OpenRouter) — the context needed to answer your question, subject to the consent above.
- Payment providers — when you subscribe.
- Wearable providers — only if you connect one.
We do not sell your data. We do not sell your phone number.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Account deletion is available inside the app and removes your personal data. For anything else, email privacy@fituber.com.
Retention
We keep your data while your account exists. After deletion, personal data is removed; anonymised aggregates that cannot identify you may remain.
Children
FitUber is not intended for anyone under 13.
