Not medical advice
FitUber provides general fitness and nutrition information. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have an existing condition or are pregnant.
Train within your limits
Exercise carries risk of injury. You are responsible for training within your own capability, using appropriate technique, and stopping if something hurts. The AI Coach cannot see your form and will not tell you an exercise is safe for your body.
The AI Coach
The coach characters are AI personas, not real people and not qualified professionals. AI output can be wrong. FitUber's training engine — not the AI — decides what your plan does; the AI explains it.
Allergies and dietary requirements
Allergen information comes from third-party food databases and may be incomplete. If you have an allergy or intolerance, verify ingredients yourself. FitUber will not confirm that a food is safe for you.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and give accurate profile information — a plan built on wrong inputs is a wrong plan. One account per person. Do not attempt to bypass entitlement or access controls.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed as described at the point of purchase. FitUber is currently in a controlled pilot and billing is not live for general sign-ups.
Content
Coach-published programs belong to their authors. FitUber's own content, branding and software remain FitUber's.
Liability
FitUber is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury or loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app.
