Frequently asked questions

Is the AI Coach a real person?
No. The coach characters are AI personas. They are not certified trainers, physiotherapists, dietitians or doctors.
Does FitUber send my health data to an AI provider?
Not unless you turn sharing on. It is off by default, and covers heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and sleep. Turning it off takes effect on your next message.
Can I train more than once a day?
Yes. Each session is recorded separately and all of them appear in your history, calendar and progress.
Can I change an exercise I cannot do?
Yes, for a single session or for the rest of the plan. Replacements come from FitUber's own exercise catalogue.
Where does the nutrition data come from?
Published food databases — USDA FoodData Central, the Indian Nutrient Databank and Open Food Facts. Every dish records its source.
Which languages are supported?
English, Hindi, Spanish, French, Italian, Korean, Polish, Russian, Turkish and Chinese.
Is FitUber medical advice?
No. It provides general fitness and nutrition information and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before changing how you train or eat.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from inside the app. Deletion removes your personal data.
