Nutrition
A daily meal plan drawn from a catalogue of 2,251 published dishes, with real per-serving nutrition rather than estimates.
Where the numbers come from
FitUber's nutrition data is sourced from published food databases — USDA FoodData Central, the Indian Nutrient Databank and Open Food Facts — and every dish records which one its numbers came from. Nothing is invented, and a dish whose nutrition does not hold up is not published.

Swapping a meal
Any meal can be replaced with a ranked alternative for the same slot. Each alternative shows why it fits — calories, protein, or the preference it matches — so the choice is yours rather than the algorithm's.
Allergens
Every dish carries allergen and dietary information. FitUber will not tell you a food is safe for you: if you have an allergy, check with a qualified professional.
